Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact model, design, and specifications shown in the picture. However, because every single knife we make is 100% handmade and custom-forged, no two blades are completely identical.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

As soon as your order is confirmed, a digital sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

If you cannot find it or need a duplicate, here are the easiest ways to view and download it:

  • Check Your Email: Search your inbox for an email from ShopCrafters with the subject line "Order Confirmation" or "Your Receipt". (Don't forget to check your Spam or Junk folder just in case!)

  • Log Into Your Account: If you created an account during checkout, simply log in to myshopcrafters.com, go to your Dashboard, and click on the Orders tab. From there, you can view and print receipts for all your purchases.

  • Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a guest, your email confirmation serves as your official receipt.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Here is our step-by-step return process:

  • Step 1: Contact Support: Send an email to our customer service team at myshopcrafters@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Await Approval: Our team will review your request and send you the correct return shipping address and instructions. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return shipping addresses may vary for international orders).

  • Step 3: Pack and Ship: Securely package the item, preferably in its original box, and include your order details inside. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
