Because our products are meticulously handmade and hand-forged, our return and refund process is governed by the guidelines detailed below. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If the return window has passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To qualify for a return and a full product refund, your item must meet the following strict safety and quality criteria:
The knife/product must be completely unused, unsharpened, and unaltered in any way.
It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective blade covers, custom leather sheaths, certificates of authenticity, or promotional inserts included in the box.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).
3. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Due to the highly specialized nature of bladesmithing, certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Any knife that was custom-built to your specifications, featured custom engraving/etching, or utilized specific handle/steel combinations requested by you cannot be returned unless it arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded.
Natural Materials Disclaimer: Please note that natural variations in hand-forged Damascus steel patterns or exotic handle materials (such as wood grain, horn, or camel bone textures) are natural characteristics of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Contact our support team at myshopcrafters@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Await Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item to ensure it is safe during transit. Print and place your order details inside the box.
ā ļø Important: Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be processed.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Trackable Shipping Required: Because knives are high-value items, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot refund items lost or damaged by the carrier during a return trip.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, features a structural manufacturing defect, or if you received the incorrect item:

Once verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or a priority replacement blade at absolutely no cost to you.
7. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the blade.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
